Hi guys

Look at this picture of the Parliament clock in this 1978 Scott# 714 stamp...It says about 12:08, which is not strange, but the hour hand is pointing directly at the 12:00, should not the hour hand be closer to the 1:00 position than is indicated on this stamp, or am I just nit picking...???
