In sorting through my backlog of worldwide stamps, I came across this Newfoundland 131, 1c Twin Hills stamp. My Scott catalog only lists a gray green color and no other shade variations for this issue. My stamp, however, is a deep rich blue color. Am I correct in assuming this must be a color changeling rather than a shade variety?

The photo shows my blue copy next to a normal gray green stamp.

Appears to be a color changeling from environmental factors.

Agree with partime. Check the perfs as there are 3 perforation heads used creating perf. varieties.
