Here is the back of a RS 95 1 cent Green Hall & Ruckel Proprietary Medicine Stamp. There are very few, short blue silk threads scattered across the back of this stamp. Is this "Experimental Silk" paper or just regular "Silk Paper" Thoughts?

The scan of the reverse is not really clear enough to tell. Back light the stamp; if there are more then 3 or 4 threads, then it is likely regular silk.
