Send a pic of any perforated sheet from 1880 to 1915 that has a corner stamp with two straight edges. One example disproves my theory. That's the scientific way.
Sheet and booklet stamps from this era have different design aspect ratios. Generally, and applying to your example in particular, the booklet singles of the first three bureau issues have designs that are slightly shorter and wider than the designs of their corresponding sheet singles.
