just a newbie at this , trying to sort and offload some stamps I acquired , this one seems unusual wide margin , and watermark , if its is a water mark , thanks in advance dave

Numeral 4 watermark. Probably Scott #65 (watermarked single line 4). The wide margin is sometimes called a "wing margin"; it's a feature of sheet and perforation layout in the gutter where a printed sheet was separated into panes.
