I've acquired this group of Greek stamps, and I don't know if they were poorly perforated or if these issues were made like this. In my opinion, it's a poorly perforated stamp that has left the stamps stuck together without piercing the paper...What do you think?
those are what is called serrated .. not a great type of perforation in my opinion .. difficult to separate in my experience (only tried once or twice) .. I have many stamps with this kind of perforation and most are not cleanly separated .. many countries used this kind of perforation
I agree these have been very poorly cut but this is poor rouletting rather than poor perforation.
In rouletting the stamps are separated using small cuts rather than by making holes.
Stamps with a zigzag/serrate/sawtooth roulette like this are often left with uneven rouletting after they've been separated but this example has been done poorly with a blunt cutting tool.
