I have not seen this Victory Slogan but the two identifiable words are "scrape" and "Victory". Has anyone seen the complete Slogan?

Could be "Save Your Scrap for Victory" or similar. Scrap drives were heavily promoted in Britain during WW2, so maybe there was a similar drive in Malaya.
