I am being prevented from casting my vote for the Kangaroo - my favorite of all Oz stamps.

You can't say no to a kangaroo as they are too cute. My vote was for the Roo and map.

A cover tells a story, individual stamps do not.

The story of a loose stamp might be likened to a handbill.

The story of a cover might run to a novella.

Is that why hundreds of pages have been written about many of the individuals or events depicted on stamps, and not a single page has been written about the common boring stories behind most covers?
