Hello again! Here I am with another pair (2 sets of pairs) except these are 1 cent Franklin green stamps... which I need assistance in confirming what Scott number would these be? I think I have it narrowed down to 1923 & the fact they are vertically perforated... so Scott 597?!? That's my guess... per usual any help will be GREATLY Appreciated!

Correct! 597. These are a kind of pair called a line pair (with the vertical line between the stamps).
