Need Some Help Identifying And Plating This Scotts US 10A Or 11A ?

I came across this Scotts US Washington 3 cents 10a or 11a.
Not sure about the color but it does have some interesting marks.
Upper left triangle has one or two lines recut ?
Does the upper left diamond block have a recut line ?
Does the bottem lower left diamond block have a recut line ?
And is that a guide dot on bottem right under the diamond block ?
If those diamond blocks are recut its gota be a 10a seeing on how Scotts does not have a listing of any lower left diamond block recuts for the 11a ?
One more thing, does the upper left rosettes have a crack or gash going through ?
Please Advise

Hi Lalo - I ran this thru Plate AI. Looks like a good match for an 11A - pos. 65R3.
Curious to hear what others think.

I will give my thoughts and I am sure others will chime in as well.

The color is in line with and 11a vs a 10a. (dullish color but as you know color on a PC photo is never definite). It does not look like a 10a based on color alone.
The stamp looks to have 2 lines recut in upper left triangle.
The upper left diamond block does not appear to be recut.
I see no recuts in lower left diamond block
The stamp appears to have "double guide dots" below the lower right diamond block
The stamp looks to have a crease or paper damage running thru the upper left rosette ending in what may be a slight tear at the top of the stamp.
Additionally, this stamp appears to have a vertical line recut in the lower right triangle

Can any one show an image of a recut diamond block horizontal line ?
I would like to be able to identify , im thinking iv gotten the wrong idea
on how it should look.

A comparison with the Chase/Amonette/Celler images for 65R3 at stampplating.com looks pretty good.

Single horizontal line recuts in diamond blocks are often hard to see and sometimes it appears one exists but it does not qualify. The easiest one to see is when it is a two horizontal line recut which can be found in the picture below. Position 30R1i has 2 lines recut at the top of the upper right diamond block.


Spending time on the previously provided website will allow you to see multiple examples for comparison.
