Correct.
(according to what is written in pencil on the reverse of the stamp).

I did not try to plate it myself. Plate AI offered 6R2L as the tenth option of the probable candidates. (Though it did warn that my low resolution 600 dpi scan was difficult to work with).

There was a definite period of time when St Joseph was using green. I have quite a few St Joseph's in my Pike's Peak collection- I'll try to remember to check. Nice stuff.

I'm pretty sure the St Joseph will be an 1861 use.
I will check some more when I have time.
