It's the block of eight shown above, but I couldn't find it anywhere, including the early certificates. I know that the PF has books with all the issued certificates pictured; I thought that the early certificate images had all been put up online. Not sure why this one is not included.
Here is a general rule to tell if this stamp is a plate 1 or plate 3 if the guide dot is visible. If the guide dot is on the top right then it is plate 1. If the guide dot is on the bottom right, follow this rule: All of plate 1 LR guide dots are to the left of the inner right frame line. All of plate 3 LR guide dots are to the right of the inner right frame line.
