Hi everybody,
i have two stamps from Spain, king Juan Carlos I, 60 pesetas, serie 1976-1984, possibly Scott 2192, but with a strong decoloration. Am I right or it is an imprintig error?
Thanks

You can put it in hot water or leave it in the sun and get those kind of results .

You are correct. The colour has been washed off or affected by sunlight, as floortrader mentioned.

The right one appears to have been cancelled in Vilanova de Arousa, in September 1986 still written in Castilian: Villanueva de Arosa.
