Where Can I Obtain A USPS-Sourced 2026 US Flag Bca Booklet?

You can't buy them on the USPS website. They just aren't there. I do a phone in order whenever I need to restock them. It takes them a bit for the salesperson to find them since I don't have the item #, but they've always sent the order correctly.

The "Stamp Fulfillment Services" office of the USPS puts out the USA Philatelic catalogue/magazine every quarter. The Summer 2026 issue has both the BCA booklet of 20 and the APU booklet of 20 for $16.40 82 cents per stamp, the current first class rate). The catalogue also offers BCA and APU coils, if you want those. In my experience the USPS does a good job making sure that you get the stamps (BCA or APU) that you ordered. Good luck!

686002 for the BCA booklet
686004 for the APU booklet

Thank you, serf_tide! Following your instructions, I called USPS Stamp Fulfillment and specifically requested the 2026 BCA booklet. They honored the request, processed my payment, and emailed me the receipt. Since I already had a USPS customer number, the process was very easy!

I also recently ordered the 2025 Flag BCA booklet from your store and am expecting it to arrive today. Although that booklet was not listed as sealed, I trust that it is genuine based on my previous experience buying from you.
