The $1200 price seemed high and pages looked too new as if few stamps. If I recall your rule of thumb was 6 cents per stamps in general album. I just would want is the album.
The price seems steep for both, especially if there aren't any photos of stamps. It's good to get a couple thousand stamps in a volume set (10,000 is better ;) )
