Counterfeit Forever Stamps

This may have been true several years ago. But in recent years, every issue has been counterfeited, with the exceptions of stamps issued through ATMs or in Prestige Booklets. Angel's Trumpet is just one example.

More importantly, it's not simply that each issue has been counterfeited. Some issues exist in several distinct counterfeit varieties, which strongly suggests that they are being produced by multiple counterfeiting operations rather than a single source.

For example, I have not seen the bulk rate star stamps counterfeited.

Nor have I seen any of the other low deminination flower stamps.

Zero doubt there are multiple counterfeiters.

I just looked up the 2014 songbirds on ebay because I wanted to sell one.

There are 6 different sellers offering 5 booklets of 20 for $18.88-$25 (face $82). Their feedbacks are all 1-144 (all but one 1-34). It is an absolute flood.

Of course it is. People here buy a quantity and then resell them. If you have a few small business owners or other users who pay cash with nothing to leave a trail. One roll might be sold a couple of times and still be very cheap.
