Is there a searchable list which shows the expert who certified a stamp as genuine? I have several stamps which have either a signature or a handstamp on the reverse. In the Michel catalogue there is a page in German about guarantee marks. It doesn't matter who placed a 'Falsch' backstamp. The stamp is fake. Another issue is with backstamps or signature of 'Richter', which have been counterfeited.
