Yeah, paying $10 for a 3-ounce "parcel" because it's too rigid to be considered a letter is a bit of a screw job. I've had several rigid letters hit the $10 level in the last month. It's easier to just send untracked and hope the buyer is honest and doesn't hose you because there's no tracking... of course you lose your Top Rated Seller status on
ebay if you go that route...
