Help For Japanese Stationery Date And Origin

Hello all.
I want to Mount this stationery in my collection, but I am unable to decifer the date, the city of origin and destination.
Could anyone help me out.

Card was issued in 1876, so date is somewhere after that.

Thanks for the info. Now I wander if the stamp is scott 55 (1876-1877) or Scott 75 (1888-1892).
I think the date in the cancel will decide since I dont see any mayor difference between the 2 stamps.

Hi, some comments from Japan;

This is a postcard sent to "Ba-Ful" (probably "Baffle"?) firm/company in Building No.10, Kawaguchi, Osaka, Japan, posted on June 22, 1899 (Meiji 32). I couldn't figure out the posting place due to the faint impression of the datestamp on the two stamps. The delivery datestamp (Osaka post office ) on the lower right corner is also quite faint and the delivery date is unreadable.

This postcard is an interesting item in terms of history of foreign merchandise in Osaka. One of the foreign settlements in Japan at that time was founded at Kawaguchi, Osaka (the Kawaguchi Foreign Settlement) on 1868. More detail could be found on this link;

Personally, I would be more than happy to look what was written as the message... information on the sender (no information on the front) as well as the content of the message would be very interesting!

The postcard itself, 1 sen blue, "Insatsu-kyoku" print (Printing Bureau print) is issued in 1888; please note that the date mentioned by PoStat4evR (1876) is for the earlier version ("Shi-Hei-Ryo" print), and the two could be identified by the small inscription at the bottom of the frame.

About the attached stamp. The domestic fee for postcard was increased to 1.5sen (1 Sen+5 Rin) on April 1st, 1899 and thus the 5-Rin Koban stamp is attached to this postcard. It is very very likely that the 5-Rin stamp is Scott 75 (1888-1892), as there are very limited examples of the earlier version (Scott 55) usage in this period. Scott 55 was issued on 1876 but mostly used only between 1882 and 1883 as attachment to the 5-Rin postcard, and its sales was halted in 1886 (Meiji 19). One can also distinguish Scott 55 and 75 from perforations; perf. 13 could be only found on Scott 75, perf 12 very very likely to be Scott 75, coarse perf such as 8 1/2 and 10 could be only found on Scott 55.
