Here is the 2 p value (Sc #248) from Jersey's 1981-3 definitive series. The low values of this set (1/2 p - 50 p) depict coats of arms of Jersey families. This stamp, featuring 3 golden bells on a dark blue background, represents the La Cloche family.

From theislandwiki.com, "Cloche is French for bell, how the name became associated with a family is pure conjecture...So long has this family been located in Jersey that the names of its first members have not reached us."
