To publicize the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the three offices of the UN in NY, Geneva and Vienna issued on July 22, 2016 a set of four stamps each with the slogan "Sport for Peace":

To publicize the Summer Olympic Games held in Tokyo, Cambodia revalued and overprinted four former stamps with "Olympic Games Tokyo - 1964" and the Olympic five rings emblem. The stamps were issued on October 10, 1964.

Summer Olympic Games 1968, Mexico City, designed and engraved by Pierre Béquet (except the 100F. which engraved by Jacques Combet) and issued by Upper Volta (Burkina Faso) on October 14, 1968. The stamps show Pre-Columbian clay athletes figures.
