Dumont d'Urville is a French scientific base located on Petrel Island in Adélie Land, in the archipelago of Cape Geology, Antarctica. New Hebrides
The last definitive series issued by the New Hebrides what was the colonial name for an island group in the South Pacific. The country was an Anglo-French condominium, which lasted from 1906 until 1980. After independence in 1980 the islands were renamed in new country Vanuatu. Stamps represent the main islands or groups of islands of New Hebrides:

Islands of Island

Hjörsey is Iceland's third largest island, approx. 5.5 km2. It is a grassy flatland, situated in Faxaflói Bay. The island can be accessed from the mainland at low tide.

Málmey is a low-lying island approximately 4 km in length. It is Skagafjordur's largest islands, populated for many centuries. The last inhabitants left the island in 1950. The island is grassy and dry. |

Saint Helena is a tropical island of volcanic origin in the South Atlantic Ocean. Family,
We once had a cottage on Peaks Island, Maine. It was in the Casco Bay, about 4 miles out of Portland. My brother in law commuted to high school by ferry (rough in the winter). It still has a zip code which is the only philatelic aspect of this post.

French Southern and Antarctic Territory Saint Paul Island January 1, 2008 The design shows the volcanic island with its crater. The island, with the adjacent islet of La Roche Quille, support several breeding seabirds.  |

Iceland UNESCO World Heritage - The 50th Anniversary of Surtsey Island September 12, 2013 Surtsey is the southernmost point of Iceland. It was formed in a volcanic eruption which began 130 m below sea level, and reached the surface on 14 November 1963. The most recent survey (2007) shows the island's maximum elevation at 155 m above sea level.  |

Malta Treasures of Malta - Filfla October 19, 2010 Filfla is a small, mostly barren, uninhabited islet 5 kilometers south of Malta, and is the most southerly point of the Maltese Archipelago. It is a flat-topped limestone plateau surrounded by 60 meters high cliffs. The island has been identified as an Important Bird Area (IBA) by BirdLife International, principally because of the storm petrel colony.  |

Ireland EUROPA - Isle of Little Skellig May 3, 2012 The Skellig Islands are two small, steep, and rocky islands lying about 13 km west of Bolus Head on the Iveragh Peninsula in Ireland. The larger of the two is Skellig Michael (also known as Great Skellig) and the smaller one Little Skellig. Skellig Michael is also famous for an early Christian monastery that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  |

Cocos (Keeling) Islands Islands of Cocos August 25, 2015 The stamp issue features four of the uninhabited isles: Pulu Klapa Satu, Pulu Maraya, Pulu Blan Madar, and Pulu Beras (Prison Island). All of them are part of the southern atoll.  |
