Phil and Bob, the closest Library to me that has them is about 100 miles away, so I guess I'm just gonna have to buck up and save for a set, maybe I can get one by the year 2015....LOL

Cim, take a tip from the Philster...the price of scott catalogs go waydown after they are current..i have had 2 year old sets given to me...take a look at ebay stamp supplies and buy the cheapest year you can live with...i would say 3 years old would be the oldest I would want...they would still contain most of the stamps ever issued and you could probably get them for 40 or 50 bucks for the whole set instead $360..which is ridiculous..i dont know if this is gospel..but I heard that scott purposly limits the amount of catalogs they produce each year to keep the price of the catalog up ! They certainly have a good idea of how many they sell each year !

Well even at $40-$50 I would have to go for atleast two months without buying any stamps and I don't know if I could go that long. I'm hooked on buying them and have been finding what I feel to be some very decent deals the past few months, so I'm enjoying using my budget and making nice additions to my collection.

I can't believe I missed this one when it first came out.

Germany has a series of lighthouse stamps from the last several years. Here are a few:
