Does anyone have any information on these overprints?
I know they were made about 1993.

Are there more examples somewhere?

Three more issues for Bosnia/Herzegovina:

There are similar issues for Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Kosovo, Vojvodina, Western Bosnia, Sanzak, Istria, Banat, Western and Eastern Slavonia, Casin and many et ceteras.

Philatelists, having an innate natural persecution complex, always assume these things are produced merely to milk them; in fact a lot of these may well have been produced for reasons of political advertising.
