Information Wanted On Tunisian 1955 Stamp Booklet

Today I purchased an album with Tunisian stamps that contains this booklet. (see pictures below)
I cannot find any information regarding rarity or value about it.
Any information? (Btw, I paid about 8 euro for the album, booklet included :) )
I really like these sort of items with the old adverts inside.

The Maury catalogue "Timbres de l'ex-empire francais d'Afrique" lists booklets (carnets) for Tunisia

Yours is Maury #20, and in my 2005-2006 Catalog it valued at 55 Euros for the complete booklet. They just released a new 2014 edition of the Maury for French Africa catalog, but I do not have it yet though I would imagine the value probably has increased, since complete booklets from French colonies seem to be fairly rare to find.

I looked up information about that upcoming catalog, I may order
it, it apparently offers some data that most other catalogs don't provide.
