Here's one of my favorite National Park hotels -- Glacier Park Lodge. This used to be the crowning stop on the Northern Pacific line and Amtrak still stops there at the East Glacier station. We visited about 15 years ago and it still looks much the same, minus the Japanese lanterns. The design was based on the Forestry Building from the 1905 Lewis & Clark World's Fair in Portland.
