Again, not sure as to what this is, but I suspect it is a Yugoslavian Air Mail label

I think you're right, WildCardRob.

Comically enough, the correct etiquette is to call these labels 'etiquettes'.

technically, Yugoslavian air mail etiquette would be AVIONOM. LETALSKO was regionally used in Slovenia.
