doug2222 - Witty comment! However, note that Guyana, which is located in South America, was formerly a different British colony known as British Guiana until achieving its independence in 1966.

Here is an image of a stamp depicting the coat of arms of Guatemala, a Central American country bordering Belize (formerly British Honduras), engraved and printed by Waterlow & Sons, Ltd., and issued by Guatemala on May 3, 1919, Scott No. 165.

Here are images of three definitive stamps depicting the coats of arms of Algerian cities (Constantine, Algiers, and Oran), designed by French heraldic artist Robert Louis (1902-1965), engraved by Henri Cortot, printed by typography, and issued for use in Algeria in 1947, Scott Nos. 210-12.

Domingo Martínez de Irala (c. 1509 - c. 1556) was a Spanish Basque conquistador who explored the Paraná and Paraguay Rivers, and who in 1539 caused the inhabitants of Buenos Aires to move to Asunción to escape attacks by indigenous people. Here is an image of a stamp depicting Irala's coat of arms, engraved and printed by American Bank Note Company, and issued by Paraguay on August 15, 1942 as one of the three stamps in a set commemorating the 400th anniversary of the founding of Asunción, Scott No. 397. Note the alternative spelling of Irala as "Yrala" on this stamp.

The Republic of Saugeais is a self-proclaimed micronation (which began as a joke in 1947) located in the département of Doubs, in eastern France. The 15 square mile republic comprises its capital, Montbenoît, and ten other nearby municipalities. Here is an image of a stamp crammed with symbols of the republic's heritage, including its coat of arms, designed and engraved by Jean Delpech, and issued by France on September 19, 1987, Scott No. 2055, Y&T No. 2495, plus an image of the Republic of Saugeais's arms.

Coat of arms of Lens, Pas-de-Calais, a miner's lamp and a pit head, designed and engraved by Jacques Combet, and issued by France on May 16, 1970 to publicize the 43rd National Congress of the Federation of French Philatelic Societies, held in Lens, Scott No. 1277, Y&T No. 1642, plus an image of the arms of Lens in full color.
Note: Coal was discovered in Lens in 1849, and the city subsequently became an important industrial center.

Here is an image of a stamp depicting "men of three races," and the arms of the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso, printed by lithography, and issued by Brazil on April 8, 1969 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the founding of Cuiabá, the capital city of Mato Grosso, Scott No. 1119. Note: The Latin motto on Mato Grosso's coat of arms, Virtute Plusquam Auro, may be roughly translated as "By virtue more than by gold."
