This 1994 stamp from Cyprus is in remembrance of the 20th anniversary of the Turkish invasion of that island nation. The Turkish soldier's hobnail boot and bayonet are the central visual elements of the stamp.

On April 3, 2000 New Zealand issued a "Kiwiana II" sheetlet of 10 different, self-adhesive 40c stamps. One of the stamps (S.G. #2324) shows Ug boots.

New Zealand's first "Kiwiana" sheetlet of 10 different designs features stamps with water-activated gum, and was issued on April 27, 1994. Three of the stamps show footwear, including this one (S.G. #1801) with jandals, or flip flops. The other two footwear stamps from the sheetlet appear on page 5 of this thread. The pane is creatively designed and perforated to include 6 different sizes of rectangular stamps

A cobbler is shown working on a heel on this 50c self-adhesive stamp (SG 2160) from Singapore's "Vanishing Trades" definitive series of 2013-18. This one is from the first printing; it is inscribed 2013A.
