I think they are all from Egypt. Middle row should be revenue, not sure about the most left one.

What is this? Could not find it in the online catalogues.

This one is from Morroco, don't know if revenue or Cinderella.

looking forward to your input.

Thanks for the swift reply.
Regarding the bottom row in the 1st image, I read that in 1952 they used overprinted stamps from 1938. Could they have made 2 sets of official stamps that year, because of the revolution?
This is the set that I found:

The opt you show, were for stamps in 1952.

Look, I took my initial response from my Egyptian collection.
I have made a mistake regarding "1958"

Scott shows 1959 and 1962, my apologies.
You will be able to see them in your Scott Catalogue.

Cannot spot your Morocco example.
It is "diecut", so a good bet it was produced 1990's onwards, it may be a revenue.
Looks like Morocco first diecut was 2005
My catalogue runs out in 2008

Can it be that the lower row in the first image isn't Egypt but UAR?

Indeed, they are at the tail end of Egypt, in the Scott Catalogue.
Egyptian stamps are inscribed "U.A.R" from 1958

It seems that the 1st raw has to do with "Proclamation of National Charter" that I saw on other UAR stamps.
But, are they postage stamps or cinderellas?

Guess:
I saw them (I think) on another board and I guessed the text I saw, was relative to an image, that had disappeared due to "Photobucket deletion"

The text suggested these were circa 1950's Egyptian Revenues.
I didn't reply to you, because it was not definite.
I am sure I have seen these before, but Googling brought up nothing of value.

unsubstatiated text:

Well , I had a close look at Leon Balian specialized Catalogue of Egypt , and all what I found is the same design but with 10 M. fee and it is written post on them , 2 coloures ( blue & brown ) "proclamation of the National Charter " No. 303 , p.11*11.25 . since this one does not have the word "post"on it so i'm sure that this is an internal Revenue .and this one was stamped "cancelled ".
as for the 4 small ones , they are not listed , but from the words written on them , they are revenues used in the postal offices for the saving booklets . ( we have a system in the Egyptian post offices that you can open a saving account in the post office and they give you an official booklet that they regaister on it your deposits & withdrawings.

Similar design 1963

The 3 stamps you showed are those that I saw too, and since they are marked UAR, I assumed that the others are UAR too, since I didn't see an Egyptian stamp with that symbol.
Also, someone who reads Arabic confirmed that they are UAR.

Rob,
please forgive me, if I misunderstand you.

UAR and Egypt are of the same thing regarding the examples.

UAR is the short lived union of Egypt and Syria 1958-1961
It is shown on some Egyptian stamps during that period.

Yes, I know. Even after Syria left this union, Egypt kept using "UAR". We can also see Egyptian stamps identical to UAR stamps.
