Deducing form listed uniforms,
it seems the blackened out uniform is that of Argentina.

The largest query, in dune collecting is the Ajman "Flowers" set (roses in particular)
They defy cataloguing.

I am currently saving images from the internet of images trying to plate these things.

No catalogue I have seen, supports a catalogue number with an image, and there are scores of these rascals.
