Hi, looking for issue years and any other information available on the following cut-outs:
Additional information left to right:
1. looks like the 1881 newspaper stamp but has the water mark of the 1898 or 1999 cipher on envelope definitives.
2-5 all seem like postal stationery. 3-5 all have hand writing on back (2 has a clear back).
2-3 are more cardboard like while 4-5 are paper like..
4 has texture (pressed in from the back to the front).
Any help will be appreciated.

Imo they are postal stationary cut squares.......a Higgins & Gage cat. ( long out of print) or a Hungarian cat. may help.
