Need information concerning unofficial Post Cards cancelled and mailed at the Mill Valley, Calif. Post Office. I have found out that Walter M. Swan was the collector, another name on the back is Joseph S. Strelak. If you have any information I would appreciate it.

Pretty much as stated, December 31, 1951 was the last day of the 1 cent postal card/postcard rate.

Swan was meter specialist. For example, one publication is:

1939 Catalog of Meter Slogans Walter M. Swan Postal Markings Handbook No. 2
