I received this album and haven't had an easy time finding the rest of the stamp it is mostly completed should it be passed along or kept .

If you aren't interested, and it doesn't represent a connection between you and the previous owner, give it to someone who is interested or sell it. As mentioned, puctures would give an idea of the best venue for a sale.
