I am wondering why Unitrade only lists a catalog value for this stamp in used condition. Under "Mint" is simply a dash.

My 2016 Unitrade gives a mint value of $90 and a used value of $30.

In the 2025/26 Unitrade specialized catalogue on page 158 is a grouping of notes.
It states- "Only used prices are given for the 5-hole OHMS perforated stamps up to 1935 as mint stamps during this period are almost non-existent. Any item that is known to exist but where a price can not be established is identified with a "- -" in the price column. To qualify as VF, stamps must have no damaged perforations caused by the positioning of the perfin." But there is only a dash - for this one. The question that needs to be answered is - Is this a genuine or not officialy produced copy? A used copy is catalogued at $150. Cdn. If genuine it probably could be x2.5 times and premium for NH is 50%.
Seeing that it is a little to the right and the perfins cut the perforations it s considered a fine stamp. Still nice looking!

Edit- and the perfin is inverted, the sheet was 180% from how it should have been perforated.

Edit- spelling errors again! Ugh!

You are looking at the listing for #O9-273 which has slightly different perfin configuration.
The stamp pictured above is Unitrade #O10-273 and it is listed on page 160 of the 2025/26 edition Mint $100 and Used $30. If you look at the chart on page 163 you'll see that the inverted perfin (position 3) has a small premium.

Back2paul, I stand corrected. You are correct in it being the other later issue as you note. Sorry for incorrect information Riley111. So its $100 for fine + 25% for its position. Got to have these catarachts removed as I missed that!
