Need Help With The Chinese Translation On The Cover

This cover and its contents was posted in Warren Ohio in 1900. The name Anti-Trust Lamp was used as a marketing strategy against General Electric and its holding company the National Electric Lamp Company in its fight against their "price-fixing" practices. Any help in translating the Chinese writing on the cover will be greatly appreciated.
