I once bought a microscope on aliexpress one day (Andonstar clone, discounted to around $120 so quite high for Chinese cloneware) after checking all the strangely similar looking microscopes. All them touted "4K, 8K, 24M, 48M pixel resolutions" and magnifications up to 1000 times. When I checked, something felt weird so I dismantled the whole thing. Turns out the "4K" microscope (and all of its clones) use a bottom of the barrel ccd chip and crude lenses (basically glass balls) with real resolutions way lower than stated in the manual. This toy sells for a fraction of "my $120" so I doubt its quality.
Still the clone microscope works (awkward software, though) and I can comfortably check booklet panes for plate flaws. Even with uv light (requires a uv blocking filter though, as the bottom of the barrel chip is not protected against uv light).
Would I buy this orange toy for examining stamps? Not in a million years. For kids to play around with nature? Absolutely.
I can assure you there is nothing even close to 4K in that toy. Also I'd guess there is bad lens distortion given the cheap build. Will it work? Yes. But don't expect great images if you want to take pictures of stamps.
