I bought my plane tickets, hotel and vehicle just yesterday, and I'm so looking forward to attending from Wednesday - Friday.
The main Boston thread is nearly impossible to read through, if you're looking just for those who are going to be there. I'm starting this topic hoping to see who is going to attend only. I would love to be able to meet anyone going, and have the ability to see a face and a real person instead of seeing just screen names.
So, please ONLY respond if you're going. To those going, maybe we could all get a cup of coffee/adult beverage/or lunch?
Thanks in advance, and looking forward to Boston. Ray

I'll be there, occasionally at the USSS superbooth. Not on all days though, still trying to figure out a few day trips by train/bus/ferry/T. |

I'll be there as time permits during the week and likely for a good chunk of both weekends, since I'm local. (If anyone is staying in/visiting Cambridge, I'm happy to give recs for things to do/places to eat/etc. as it's my hometown!) |

I live about 90 minutes away and plan to attend Saturday the 23rd and possibly one or two other days. Would be happy to meet up with other forum member(s) for a meal ,or coffee, or a drink. Looking forward to the show, it will be the largest philatelic event I have ever attended. |

Well, I am a local and plan on 8 days of FDC ceremonies & hunting for some hole fillers but especially needing to find a GREAT deal on the ZEPPS, C13-C15, the only airmails I'm missing. I will be using public transportation each day. Saturday & Sunday are busy (late) days. Safe travel for all coming in from any distance. |

I plan to drive or take the train most of the days since I am in commuting distance! Most likely 23-29 May.
I'll be relatively easy to spot out as among the younger collectors I'm sure. I plan to be at various philatelic group like my local RI Philatelic Society, USPCS, USSS, and a few of the auction houses there. I'll be carrying an old military backpack with some goodies to show! |

I will be travelling to Boston from Alabama with my adult daughter. We will be there Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It should be a pleasant experience. The first International show that I have attended. |

Just a heads-up: The Boston Show 2026 starts on Saturday 5/23/2026, (with set-ups & arrivals on Friday 5/22/26). Friday is the beginning of the Memorial Day Holiday. It's a 'get-away-day, especially for Metro Boston. HEAVY traffic can be expected stating late morning, definitely mid-day on Friday 5/22. Traffic going North, to NH, South to Cape & West to the mountains & NY will be intense. (not everyone is staying for the Show). This is the weekend that cabins are opened for the season, 1st cookouts with family (so yes there will be traffic heading towards Boston & immediate Metro area as well all weekend). Return days are usually mid-late Monday & early Tuesday.
The weather forecast is the best since last June (2025). mid 60's through Monday, 70's-80's through Thursday, with chance of afternoon showers late in the day.
Welcome to the Boston area, enjoy everything that the Show & Boston (&area) has to offer. |
