Unfortunately I don't have recent enough Scott catalogs to look these up.

The first one looks like a flag stamp.
It is interesting in that the years are listed 1950 - 1940.

From the inscription on the second stamp, apparently it
shows some aspect of "Life in Pre-Oil Kuwait."
Not clear to me what that is, some sort of medical treatment?

Your "pre-oil kuwait" is Sc# 1406 1998

Sc#1169 1991
Dromedary Cow, with offspring.
Scott offers no price for used, so presume "faux cancellation"

Arabic text reads from Right to left, but numbers (as within Roman text) have the most significant digit to the left. So 19m50 - 1940 is how the period would have been written, if in Arabic.

Rod222, Dromedary 50 fils is listed in both Michel (Mi 1301 €0,80 used) and SG (SG 1306 £1.20). Issued 28March 1992. I have others of this set in genuine used condition, so I see no reason why this should not be too.

Hope this helps.

Rod, 2017 Scott gives the used prices the same as the mint prices for that set.

Kuwait #1169(16Nov1991) catalogs for $1 both mint and used in 2017 Scott.

I would probably go with the 1992 issue date given in Michel. Scott is pretty notorious for having an occasional confusing or erroneous issue date in their worldwide listings.
