I was given a set of 2 stamp books when I left China in 1999. They are hardbound red books and each two pages depicts a different Chinese Ethnic Group. Included is a paper stamp and silver foil stamp depicting the Ethnic Group. There is also a story about the location and size of the group. Does anyone know anything about this set ? The Chinese engineers that worked for me said it was a special edition for the communist party leaders.
