Has anyone seen a used 25p salmon pink non-Elliptical?

We have them all here in Canada. Some would call this hoarding but we call it controlling the market. Quite the different thing, oh yes, yes.

Puzzler can you post a picture of what you speak of the 25p salmon pink non-Elliptical? Viewing would be nice.

I am teasing that we have them all here.

Really we moved them to a safe place in Iceland (take the second right after the sauna and the first left after the big volcano) but don't tell anybody.

Pics from ebay:
Great Britain 1996 25p pink, mint, non-elliptical.

. . . and the elliptical types:

Machins are quite the in depth study, or can turn into this if you wish them to.

Identify them how? By catalogue number? Which catalogue numbers do you use? By year?

There is the excellent Machin site on the Adminware site here:

The 25p coil is elusive.
I only have found one used.
You can see in the image below the 'trimmed' perfs top and bottom.

Another couple that I haven't been able to find used yet are these 'double heads'
The first is the 'pale' QV and the second is the 1st elliptical both from booklets I think.

I think AnthonyUK wrote it incorrectly. Perhaps you wanted to write "easy to find used."
I have an envelope with many of these, but all with postmark in red ink. And they're not next to the salmon pink 25p hidden in Iceland. of Puzzler .

or I missed something?

Tefloncinco, I like that slogan in that 4d red, wants a trade?

Thank you
FM

I think Tefloncinco means "What's cooking?", ie what sort of trade can be worked out.
