I think it is protected. Novato might be able to help you out though as I believe he has created some custom pages minus the hard to find items such as the normal perf 10p narrow value which only appeared in the Christian Heritage booklet. |

Thanks Anthony. I shall try the old-fashioned way - print it, tippex the images, photocopy it. |

You could of course stick black Hawid type mounts over the top Only if you had some going spare though as I think it would be a bit expensive otherwise but would look good. |

Stamp Gal you don't like the pictures? I think they are great so helpful for identifying the color and the lettering. I was in the machine section of my Scotts for the first time 3 days ago and was very confused. I'm not sure I'd need my scotts with those pictures. I would love mounts on these pages, the black backing mount would pull the eyes to the stamp and easily id which are pictures and which are mounted stamps.
I'm pretty sure if you have the Adobe professional version you cut cut out the pictures, however I don't want to edit his file as I would hate someone to distribute a inferior version of my products.
PS, if your determined to white out the pictures would it not be easier to just cut white squares and tape them on with a piece of tape on the back side. |

The name Machin has the stress put on the first syllable when pronouncing it.
MAY chin
Not MATCH in or ma CHIN.
I should have been clearer in my previous post. Sorry. |

A sad story. Just received on a plastic jiffy-pak envelope with kiloware inside, so that would tend to wrinkle the stamps to start with. But on their journey to me from Great Britain one stamp fell over-board. SOS |

So the sender just cut off the uncanceled stamps from an envelope and reused them on the packet and it passed that way through the mailstream. No wonder Royal Mail has a big deficit yet they keep on added a whole bunch of security devices on stamps to prevent fraud and something this obvious they ignore. |

Hello Hey, I leave for two week and AnthonyUK start to give my Machins for free! Better, more people to trade, Iīm able to help with wantlist Maybe 50-75 more different, pass the 200 more difficult, and reach the 451!? well... About the Machis on small packets, I try many times to obtain few stamps of my wantlist used this way, I failed always. Then I try receive inside on the small packet. many come bend/damage, so now I donīt bother with that, the wantlist come in a normal letter, and the kiloware on the small packet. Now I had a Magic Desert Book, so FM |

You are right about not finding too many wants in small packs which is why I offered my duplicates in the hope it may be a catalyst for a collection. There will be many coming your way shortly Fernando That Magic Desert Book will be working overtime. I'm rather pleased with myself today as last night I found a 62p which I was missing that had been attached to a foil type bubble pack with sellotape. I managed to carefully remove it complete from the foil and dissolve off the adhesive in white fuel Oh, the things you do for Machins! |

Quote: Stamp Gal you don't like the pictures? Edwin, I do like the pictures very much, I have found them really useful for ID, it made it so easy. It a fantastic resource, and I appreciate the effort that has gone into it. I was just concerned about the colour coming off the printed page and onto the back of the stamp. I thought a blank version might be safer. I'm afraid the cost of individual mounts would be prohibitive for me. Perhaps I am being unecessarily cautious. |
