Well I will never get to 2010 since I stopped buying Canadian
new issues in the late eighties.
But I still have to get back and complete the fifties.
It's a pity that no one volunteered for the early ones
from 1935 on.

The centennials are a popular set with collectors. It is nice to see them at high resolution.

The high values are all from great works of art by Canadian painters and it surprises me to find this set on ebay but not described as Art or mentioned. Perhaps the mono-toned stamps throw people off but they do recognize that they are beautiful in some perhaps undefinable way.

Nice to see the Centennials completed, BC.

Puzzler I remember when they came out I was very disappointed that they weren't printed in multicolour since Canada Post had been hinting at the time that they were considering bids from new printers with different print capabilities which finally did happen in 1968.

But looking at them now I prefer them in single colour engraving
than for instance that ugly 50c Suzor-Cote stamp.
