Hi to all

I have shown this stamp to several dealers. It is also part of the family accumulation.
Now some have told me that is laid paper, some have told me it is woven paper.
How do I tell what paper it is on.
I know that from research on the internet that the laid paper is valuable, but I could not get that lucky, but strange finds do happen.
However, on dealer said that it was not particularly valuable, and he would give me $100.00 Australian for it.
I know nothing about stamp values, but why would he pay $100.00 for a stamp that looks like it would not be more that 3 or 4 dollars worth?
