If you have access to an electronic 2009 Scott's catalog, you can search through the catalog for various terms to find stamps you want. I would think "crop" would be a good start and perhaps "agriculture."
Just type CTRL-F when in the catalog and enter the search term you want.
"Breaking Cocoa Pods," engraved and printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co., Ltd., and issued for use in Gold Coast (now Ghana) on March 1, 1954, Scott No. 156, plus a link to a YouTube video recorded in 2012 about harvesting and breaking cocoa pods in Ghana.
Here is an image of a engraved stamp depicting a farmer plowing with oxen near Senafe, a market town in southern Eritrea, and issued for use in the Italian colony of Eritrea in 1914, Scott No. 50.
