Here are images of the three semi-postal (charity) stamps in a set designed after details from paintings, combined engraved and photogravure, and issued by Belgium on March 21, 1963 to publicize the UN Food and Agriculture Organization's Freedom From Hunger Campaign, Scott Nos. B733-B735, plus images of the relevant works of art.

"The Harvesters" (1565), by Pieter Bruegel, engraved by Paul Verheyden. Note design is a mirror image of woman harvester near the center of the painting.


Le Partage du Pain ("The Sharing of the Loaf," undated), by Belgian artist Anto Carte (1886-1954), engraved by Charles Leclercqz.

Here are image of the two engraved stamps in a set commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Punjab Agricultural College, Lyallpur (now the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad), and issued by Pakistan on October 10, 1960, Scott Nos. 116 & 117, plus an image of a postcard with a photo of the college. The original university was built during the British Raj in 1906 with the ceremonial foundation stone being laid by Sir Louis William Dane (1856-1946), Lieutenant Governor of the Punjab..

"For a World Without Hunger:" Here is an image of a stamp depicting farmers plowing with oxen, and various food products, designed by Spanish-Swiss artist Santiago Arolas (1930-2005), printed by lithography, and issued by the United Nations on January 29, 1988 as one of a set of two stamps publicizing the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Scott No. 520.
