Perf-Change In Two 2010 Issues

A friend at Courtenay, BC, stamp club showed me something today about a perf-change in the Hall and in the Cupids issues of this year.

It was in a publication he gets, and I didn't get the name of it or have a chance to take a hard look.

But, it shows the two above mentioned stamps with perf changes in the bottom horizontal in mid-stream so-to-speak.

Apparently it starts off on the left with a perf something like 12 and by mid-stamp it is at 12.5 or 13.

Sorry I don't have more exact details.

Perhaps I can get more.

Just wondering if anybody else knows about this.
