Maybe if you find the missing se-tenant stamp the 4th guy is there.

Judging by the colours, the team could be Jamaica, and that would explain the missing guy if you saw the movie Cool Runnings.

Good try
Jamaica didn't make it's debut, until 1988.

But wait...there's more

The stamp shows 1968 Grenoble, and the cancel is 1967.

I came across a Portugese stamp issued for the 1928 Olympics in Amsterdam-- so I got the stamp and Phil contributed his set of '28 Dutch Olympic stamps and here's the result.

And a very nice result, Jopie. well done.

There are very few examples, at least in my database,
of Olympia prior to your set.
Of course Greece had that magnificent set of 1896
the first games of the modern era, but after that
stamps were very sparse of Olympia.
Countries had not caught on the possibilities :)

Here is a Cinderella from Umm al Quiwain (A "dune" stamp)
celebrating the 1928 Olympics in Amsterdam.
It reproduces a "poster" of the same, I should imagine.
It comes from a mini-sheet of the history of the Olympics of the modern era.
Comes with a design whiff of Art Deco.

The US set of stamps issued for the Moscow Olympic Games came out in 1979. The US boycott of the games was confirmed in March 1980.
