I am currently building a SOTN collection where I will have 1 stamp each for every date from Jan 1st to 31st Dec with a 29th Feb cancel. Sounds simple, but taking a lot of time. |

Great cancels, stampgal. The bird on Japan is very nice, though the Christmas Eve Macclesfield is my favorite. |

I hope a box cancel qualifies for posting here. For the entire city and state name to appear fully on the stamp, is hard to do, I imagine. I like the old fashioned use of a period after the State name, too:  |

Puzzler: The box cancel shown in my post is not ornamental, it is simply an overinked rubber stamp, I assume. |
