This could be the addressee of the postal card previously posted by bfranton, as the name, town and year seems to fit:

By the way, the postal card shown is a UX7 (as it is inscribed: "NOTHING BUT THE ADDRESS...")

Almost late for the 21st. Rumor would say we're coattail cousins to Philo... not close enough for confirmation that I know of, or as yet, money :) either.

Tomiseksj: I had to download your Sept. 19th cover in order to change the color and contrast necessary to read the addressee, which I believe is Mrs. H. M. Plimpton of Globe Village, Mass. I had to look up on the internet where in the world "Globe Village" was/is, and found it is part of Southbridge, Mass. I live less than an hour away from there and never heard of the name "Globe Village" before!

A postmark used today, September 22, in Barcelona at 5.30 p.m. (11.30 a.m. on the US East Coast), on the 2011 Barcelona's Water Supply Company Employees Philathelic Show.
There, you can see a cartoon of the architech Antoni Gaudí (Riudoms, 1952 - Barcelona, 1926) from a 1926 Barcelona's newspaper. On the background, there's his most famous work, the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia (still being built) and a modernist public light-fountain dedicated to him in 1952.
Since 1981, this Philathelic group issues a postmark depicting a fountain of Barcelona, drawed by a good friend of mine, Joaquim Baliarda. The complete collection is quite impressive.
